29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a. On or about June 13, 2017, in the main aisle for the pallet build at divert 11, an employee operating a Crown Stand-Up Rider truck number 1 (model: RC 5545-40; S/N: 1A374731) was traveling forks forward with a load that did not provide a clear view of the path of travel which resulted in a forklift accident where the operator bumped the load into an employee who was pushing a reject cart.
