OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to be causing death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to electrical hazards: a. On or about June 2, 2017, electrical room of feed mill, a circuit breaker panel was missing part of a cover and was not dead front. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when working at or near the energized circuit breaker panel. b. On or about June 2, 2017, electrical room of feed mill, an electrical box with energized wires did not have a cover. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when working at or near the electrical box.
