29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Schmitt Construction at 303 Emmett Trail, Harrisburg SD, 57032: On and prior to June 1, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that two employees installing roof sheeting on a residential property were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to the ground below.
