29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Worksite at 22550 Barbour County Highway, Philippi, WV: On or about May 24, 2017 and times prior, The employer has not provided a suitable facility for quick flushing of the eyes for employees that use a sodium hypochlorite solution, which is corrosive, to neutralize mercaptan in natural gas odorant tanks during tank decommissioning.
