29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about May 12, 2017, at 3585 Braselton Hwy, Dacula, Georgia: An employee performing roofing work was exposed to struck-by hazards of falling roof panels handled by the employee working above him from the roof while he worked beneath the employee from a scaffold platform without wearing head protection.
