29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about May 5, 2017, employees are exposed to splashes and spills to include, but not limited to: a. Building #2 at the charging station, employees are exposed to acid when adding acid to the batteries b. Building #3 Eco Green light soil degreaser when cleaning the underside of the lawn equipment c. Building #2 Real McKoy tire cleaner when dressing tires that were delivered by FedEx
