29 CFR 1910.179(b)(5): The rated load of crane(s) was not plainly marked on each side of the crane: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck by or caught under hazards associated with the operation of an overhead crane. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on May 4, 2017 at the facility located at 13433 Centech Rd, Omaha, NE 68138. Overhead cranes used to transfer and move various sizes, weights, and shapes of steel were not properly marked with the rated load on each side.
