29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered: a. On or about April 26, 2017, in plant 1, main press line at press 304, an employee used the forks on a Toyota forklift #067 (model: 8FGCU25; S/N: 78067) to push/bulldoze a steel A-frame hoisting structure into place which caused crushing injuries to the foot of another employee when the steel frame fell over.
