KAMAL CORPORATION DBA TRADE FAIR SUPERMARKET WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1910.1200(h)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 898233, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 003(c), AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 09/11/13, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 30-08 30TH AVENUE, ASTORIA, NY 11102.
