29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: a.) On or about May 3, 2017, the employer did not ensure powered industrial vehicles were taken out of service after deficiencies were found. Employees are required to operate a liquid propane, sit down FRE8 Hyster S155XL2 forklift with an inoperable parking brake to move material and lift employees and are exposed to struck by hazards.
