29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: (a) USPS Parkville 21234 - On or about April 28, 2017, Custodians were included in the employer's exposure determination for cleaning up biohazardous spills and they were not offered the Hepatitis B vaccine. (b) USPS Parkville 21234 - On or about April 28, 2017, window clerks included in the employer's exposure determination were not offered the Hepatitis B vaccine. (c) USPS Parkville 21234 - On or about April 28, 2017, management officials included in the employer's exposure determination were not offered the Hepatitis B vaccine. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
