29 CFR 1910.146(d)(4)(i): Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer did not ensure that testing and monitoring equipment needed to comply with 29 CFR 1910.146(d)(5) was maintained properly: (a) On or about April 26, 2017, and at times prior the employer did not ensure that testing and monitoring equipment such as the Crowcon Gasman Single Gas Personal Monitors and the GfG G460 Multi-gas Detectors were bumped checked prior to being utilized to monitor the permit required confined space as per the manufacturer.
