Ross Casting & Innovation, LLC located in Sidney, Ohio: On or about April 21, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees who were exposed to levels of high noise exceeding 85 dBA as an 8-hour time-weighted average when working on the APF line, Final Blast operation, and CKO cells were informed of the following: 1. Effects of noise on their hearing; 2. Purpose of audiometric testing; 3. An explanation of the audiometric testing procedures.
