29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) The portable fire extinguisher located in the middle of the north end of production by the wash machine was obstructed by material on pallets stored in front of the unit to prevent access if required. (b) The portable fire extinguisher in the Southeast corner of the boiler room was obstructed by materials stored to prevent access if required. (c) The portable fire extinguisher on the middle of the west aisle was obstructed by a plastic trash container and materials to prevent access if required.
