29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iv): Verification of deenergized condition. The requirements of this paragraph were not met before any circuits or equipment were considered or worked as deenergized. Western Springs, IL. And other field repair locations - On or about April 17, 2017, a motor technician was required to troubleshoot the circuit elements and electrical parts of a well pump located at 740 Hillgrove Ave. Western Springs, IL., Pump House, Well No. 3. The employer's procedures did not include step corresponding to the requirements of paragraph 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iv).
