29 CFR 1910.28(b)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure each employee on a runway or similar walkway was protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system. On or about 12 April 2017, and at times prior thereto, Ceiling Set and Exterior - Tops departments, the catwalk guardrail systems had several instances where a guardrail member was missing, a chain was not in place, or a post was damaged, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 7 feet 6 inches to the concrete floor below.
