29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees who demonstrated inadequate understanding, knowledge, and skill in the use of fall protection systems or equipment: a) Worksite - On or about April 14, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards when working on a 6 on 12 pitched roof approximately 14 feet in height from ground to eave of roof without fall protection. The employees did not understand the requirements for protection or demonstrate the knowledge as to when these fall protection systems need to be used.
