29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE. On or about at 3/30/17 located at 4260 Wood Ward Walk Ln., Suwanee, GA: Employees were observed roofing while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to and between 30- 45- feet and a pitch of 11/12.
