29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: (a) Warehouse over head door - On or about March 23, 2017 employees operating forklift enter and exit through overhead doorway that has plastic stripes covering the doorway obstructing their view and not sounding the horn to notify others they are coming in or out.
