29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Concord St. exit Emergency exit door was locked with dead bolts, preventing employees from readily accessing exit in case of fire or emergency. Access to emergency exit stairwell on north side of building was blocked by stored material on the first and second floor. b) Rear exit next to loading dock Emergency exit door was barricaded from the interior and blocked by a parked trailer from the exterior exposing employees to a fire hazard. Condition observed on or about 3/23/2017
