29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(i)(A): During arc welding or arc cutting operations, helpers or attendants are not provided with proper eye protection: On or about March 17, 2017, and times prior thereto, the employer does not ensure that each fire watch for welding in the facility uses appropriate eye protection. Employees are exposed to eye and skin ultraviolet light hazards.
