29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces are were not inspected, regularly, and maintained in a safe condition. On or about February 22, 2017, employees walking and working in the area were exposed to trip hazards due to the following: a. an extension cord had been routed across the floor to a fan at a door table b. PVC pipe was routed across the floor to the door tables and the router bench c. metal pipe was routed across the floor from the wall to the router bench (electrical conduit) In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
