29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3): Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.132: On or about February 16, 2017 and there prior, the employer did not ensure that spot welders were wearing the appropriate protective equipment such as but not limited to heat/welding sleeves, heat protective gloves, and aprons. Employees were exposed to fire/burn hazards.
