29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(iii): Gears were not guarded by a band guard covering the face of gear and having flanges extended inward beyond the root of the teeth on the exposed side or sides: (a) In the Pallet Production Area: On or about February 14, 2017, and at times prior, the gear on the chain conveyor leading to the unscrambler had unguarded sprockets, exposing employees to ingoing nip points.
