29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee had been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: On or about February 9, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground level below while removing roof metal sheeting and corrugated fiberglass skylights, without effective training to recognize fall hazards and fall protection equipment, such as, but not limited to, hinged roof anchors.
