29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): Materials stored in tiers were not stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse: a) 1310 South 24th St. Nashville, TN - On or about 2/7/17, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when multiple 21 foot long steel pipe was stacked high on top of each other and was not secured properly. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
