29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about January 20, 2017, Polyconversions, Inc. had employees exposed to burns and physical hazards, due to a portable fire extinguisher in the Main Building, which was blocked by stored goods.
