29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) 2408 Damascus Road, Brewton, AL; On or about January 19, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that it failed to enforce the use of hardhats while working under or near a tree felling operation where there was potential for injury to the head from falling or flying objects.
