29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition: Location: FSS Building The Toyota #16 forklift was in service and operating and did not have data and warning placards maintained in a legible condition. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from improper maintenance of the powered industrial vehicle. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1093494, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3101 W. Sunflower Avenue, Santa Ana, California 92799.
