29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: a. Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC - Antwerp, Ohio: On or about January 9, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees who service and maintain the Ianua Screener (model S031; s/n 2172/02) were adequately trained in the skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of energy controls. Employees that cleaned the silkscreen were not trained to control hazardous energy sources of the machine.
