29 CFR 1910.107(b)(8): Each spray booths was not separated from other operations by not less than 3 feet, or by a greater distance, or by such partition or wall as to reduce the danger from juxtaposition of hazardous operations. The employer is failing to ensure that employee is not exposed to fire and inhalation hazards. This was most recently documented on January 4, 2017 at the Assembly Area Paint Booth. The employer is failing to ensure that the paint mixing and storage area is not located within 3 feet of the outside metal wall of the Assembly Area Paint Booth.
