29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: (a) The employer did not ensure that platforms and walkways on site built scaffolds used by an employee working on the cornicing of a two story house being built were at least eighteen (18) inches wide exposing that employee to a fall hazard of approximately fourteen (14) feet to the debris strewn ground below. THIS EMPLOYER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), WHICH IS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1156122, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 135 STEVENSON DRIVE, FATE, TX 75132.
