29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: On December 16, 2016, on the center north face of the construction project, a metal platform was placed on the mid-rail of a mobile scaffold platform to increase the working height. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
