29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: a) 115 East Centre Street, In the Imaging Room, Nutley, NJ. Employee was exposed to electric shock and burns as work was performed on an HVAC environmental control system and safety-related work practices were not employed when working on this energized electrical equipment. Violation occurred on or about 10/31/2016.
