29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Near the single emergency exit door on the side of the building, toward the rear of the store, a portable ABC fire extinguisher was observed on the floor behind a portable table and metal Uboat cart with merchandise, on or about 12/16/16. The Dollar General Corporation dba Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1057045, citation number 02, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 700 S. 4th Street Hamburg, PA 19526. The Dollar General Corporation, Store #3627 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077466, citation number 03, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2222 Texoma Parkway Sherman, TX 75090.
