29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock, burns and electrical arc flash hazards by failing to ensure the use of protective equipment. This was most recently documented on December 13, 2016 at 4:30am at 580 7th St. Omaha Nebraska. Employee(s) were engaged in working on or in close proximity to live electrical current rated at 480 Volt 300 amps. The employee engaged in this work was not wearing electrical protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed.
