29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to items (a) through (d) of this section: a) On or about 12/01/2016, in the Stamping Department; Lockout procedures did not clearly specify the control of multiple hazardous energy sources (electrical, air, gravity) when employees performed maintenance and servicing activities, such as, checking fluids, greasing motor, removing dies, removing coiler feeder on mechanical power presses: HEIM 200 ton, Bliss C-22,Bliss C45,Bliss C60, Bliss C75, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
