29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space were not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) The employer did not ensure that control panels located in the East Dock area beside door number 82 were afforded ample working space when a mail cart was found directly in front of the panels; (b) The employer did not ensure that control panels located in the East Dock area beside door number 83 were afforded ample working space when a mail cart was found directly in front of the panels; (c) The employer did not ensure that control panels located in the East Dock area beside door number 84 were afforded ample working space when a mail cart was found directly in front of the panels; (d) The employer did not ensure that control panels located in the East Dock area beside door number 85 were afforded ample working space when a mail cart was found directly in front of the panels; (e) The employer did not ensure that control panels located in the East Dock area beside door number 86 were afforded ample working space when a mail cart was found directly in front of the panels; (f) The employer did not ensure that control panels located in the East Dock area beside door number 87 were afforded ample working space when a mail cart was found directly in front of the panels; (g) The employer did not ensure that control panels located in the East Dock area beside door number 88 were afforded ample working space when a mail cart was found directly in front of the panels; THE EMPLOYER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1113551, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 5 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/26/16, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 951 W.
