29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Worksite was located at 141 Route 23 South, Pequannock, NJ 07440 An employee was exposed to fall hazards as the supported scaffold platform he was standing on approximately 25 feet above the ground had no guardrails or fall protection to prevent him from falling to the dirt and concrete below. Violation occurred on or about 11/18/2016.
