29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless they have been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. (a) SE Corner of the Concession Stand - On or about November 15, 2016 two employees were exposed to fall, struck-by, and crushing hazards while riding on an pallet used as a scaffold. This pallet was elevated by a Caterpillar TH63 Forklift serial no. R-167. The pallet was not designed by the manufacturer to be used as a platform to transport employees.
