29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(viii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards based on other factors that contribute to the practical safeguarding of persons using or likely to come in contact with the equipment: a. Napoleon Spring Works, Inc. - Archbold, Ohio: On or about November 1, 2016, employees using the 480 volt main electrical panel to turn power off/on to the punch table each day were exposed to electrical hazards in that the external disconnect was damaged.
