29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about October 12, 2016,and at times prior, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.., did not ensure that flexible cords and cables were connected to devices and fittings, so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminals. In the service shop area, a live 120-V cord providing power to a computer station showed signs of strain, inner wiring was visible, exposing employees to contact with electrical hazards.
