29 CFR 1910.22(b)(2): Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: (a) On or about January 11, 2017 and times previous, throughout the facility: There were no markings of aisles and passageways to ensure sufficient clearance was maintained. This exposed employees working and walking within the areas to struck-by hazards from powered industrial vehicles..
