29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and/or the maximum intervals between tests were not conducted in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. Table Talk Pies, 28 Bowditch Dr., Shrewsbury, Massachusetts; On or before October 19, 2016, electrically rated gloves, Class 1 - 7500 volt gloves, used by the journeyman electrician, had not been replaced or retested every six months as required. The gloves available to the electrician were dated January 2014.
