29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a- Block 14802, Lot 89, 6 Mimosa Court, Sicklerville NJ: A company employee, not provided with stairways/ladders, etc. was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet to the floor below when accessing and egressing the roof of a residential structure by using the structure's vertical and horizontal framing. Condition observed on or about 10/06/16. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
