29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) On or about September 28th, 2016, in the stockroom/receiving area, the employer does not ensure that the required working space about electric equipment was not used for storage. The working space about the electrical circuit breaker panel was used for storage of carts full of merchandise that blocked its access. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105836, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-27-2016, with respect to a workplace located at 34300 MS-35, Valden MS..
