29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A) The employer did not ensure electrical equipment was used and installed in accordance with the listing or labeling instructions. This violation occurred on or about September 21, 2016 where a metal junction box was not mounted and was used on the end of a flexible cord powering a label and code machine exposing employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.
