29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: A) Terex Utilities, Inc. DBA Terex Services, conducting work at 1300 Marion-Agosta Road, Marion, OH 43302: On or about September 16, 2016, the employees conducting work at the above mentioned site relative to crane servicing and repairs, were not provided with the onsite employer's lockout or tagout procedures and any potential differences in the employer's lockout or tagout procedures which were used while conducting the crane servicing and repairs.
