29 CFR 1917.45(g)(6)(i): The ends of all tracks for rail-mounted cranes were not equipped with stops or bumpers. a) Coastal Precast Systems, LLC: On or about 09/07/2016, rail stops were not provided in the yard area for the 40 ton Paceco transtainer crane, as a result employees were exposed to possible injuries. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
