29 CFR 1910.157(b)(2): An emergency action plan meeting the requirements of 1910.38, which designated certain employees to be the only employees authorized to use the available portable fire extinguishers and which required all other employees in the fire area to immediately evacuate the affected work area upon the sounding of the fire alarm, was not developed and implemented. Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc., Monroe, GA - The emergency action plan was not reviewed with each temporary employee as required by 1910.38(f)(1), on or about 9/8/16.
